Effective leadership and management are crucial for fostering 
environments that empower researchers to produce high-quality work. 
However, *many researchers reaching a leadership position still lack 
proper training opportunities.*

The *6th edition of our Online Academic Leadership Development Course* 
presents a unique opportunity to elevate your leadership skills and make 
a positive impact for both yourself and your team. *Consider joining and 
sharing this opportunity with colleagues* who are currently or will soon 
be leading a group, being promoted to professor, or taking on a formal 
leadership role at school, faculty, or institutional level.
