  Dear all,
   
  As you know, the 2nd edition of _EU Code Week_[1] is taking place from 11
to 17 October this year.
   
  It is an important milestone in our joint efforts to promote coding skills
in Europe. The idea is to make coding more visible, demystify these skills,
and bring motivated people together to learn. We aim at getting millions of
children, parents, teachers, entrepreneurs and policy makers to come
together in events and classrooms to learn programming and related skills.
This is why we warmly invite you to contribute to making EU Code Week a
success. You can do so by:
   

   *   hosting coding workshops at your premises;
   *   lending your staff as coaches in a "back-to-coach" action;
   *   organising fun coding challenges for kids, students, others;
   *   providing coding tutorials;
   *   offering any other in-kind contribution for coding events;
   *   making publicity about EU Code Week through your normal channels;
   *   launching a coding competition between schools/cities/open to
everyone

  For local events, you can get in touch with the EU Code Week Ambassadors:

EU Code Week!
